Collection notice

Purpose. Your spoken name, department, report transcript, optional clarification, final edited wording, and service metadata are used to review technical issues, activity feedback, and requests.

Processing. Soniox processes live microphone audio to create text. When drafting is enabled, OpenAI GPT-OSS 120B processes the transcript and the current released-activity catalog on Cloudflare Workers AI through the protected THPPS proxy to prepare a first-person report and identify the relevant area. THPPS does not store the audio recording; the prepared report text is stored only as part of the report workflow.

Choice and access. Speaking is voluntary, but a report cannot be sent without a transcript. Your identity is supplied but not verified. Contact Russell Jemal Fitzgerald through Tseng Hin Pei Primary School to request access to or correction of a submitted report.

Retention. Reports receive a retention-review date and are not used for direct marketing.
